The departure is from Ganges. To access it, a Free shuttle will drop you off once the instructions are given to you by our team and you have received your equipment. Of course, you can leave your car in our large parking space. Parking. We strongly recommend that you wear the helmet that will be provided to you, especially in the rapids.

We have canoes 1, 2, 3 and 4 seats, as well as 15 L, 26 L and 55 L waterproof bottles to take your belongings with you on the route. Our helmets and vests are disinfected between each descent for your comfort.

You will also enjoy access to the showers and toilets as well as our snack bar area.

The sports course is in the upper part of the Gorges de l’Hérault, starting from Ganges. You will first venture into the rapids of the ” Slide” and you will see the medieval village of Laroque. Then you take in the following kilometers, the rapid of the ” Grand S” and the “Petit S”, then that of the “Piquets” and the “Moulin”. At the end of the descent, you will see Saint Bauzille and the Thaurac massif before arriving at our base in Agonès, which marks the end of the sporty canoeing course.

You will need to paddle for about 2 hours to get through this journey. Also plan time for your lunch break or snack. You can take the time for a refreshing swim, or (for the more intrepid) jump from the rocks.

At the end of the route, you will arrive directly by canoe kayak at the Canoe Montana base. You will be able to access all our Services (showers, picnic area, snack bar, etc.). Don’t forget to stop by our Gelateria to enjoy our delicious ice creams!

This course is accessible to children aged 11 and more. It is necessary to know how to swim a distance of at least 25 meters.
