Our MONTANA Canoe Base
An outdoor activity in the Hérault
For more than 25 years, Canoë Montana has been welcoming you to Agonès. A water sports activity close to Montpellier, Nîmes and Anduze, our base allows access to the most beautiful and wild part of the Hérault gorges.
Our team knows downhill courses like the back of their hand. We will be happy to advise you on a descent.

The equipment provided to each customer
For each canoe or kayak rental, we equip you with:
- 1 life jacket and 1 paddle per person
- 1 waterproof container per canoe to store your personal belongings and your picnic
- 1 neoprene wetsuit at the beginning and end of the season
All canoes and kayaks rented are new or very recent and comply with European safety standards. Vests and helmets are disinfected between each descent.

The last departures for the Adventure Course are at 2 pm.
The last departures for the Family and Sports Courses are at 3:30 pm.
Our free shuttles bring you back from the Vernède dam every hour. Last arrival on any course 6pm
