For more than 25 years, Canoe Montana has welcomed you in Agonès. Located near Montpellier, Nîmes and Anduze, our base gives you access to the most beautiful and wildest part of the Gorges de l’Hérault.
Our team knows the downhill routes like the back of their hands. We will be happy to advise you on your descent.

Your equipment
For each canoe or kayak rental we equip you with:
- 1 life jacket and 1 paddle per person,
- 1 waterproof container per canoe for your personal belongings and your picnic,
- 1 wetsuit at the beginning and end of the season.
All canoes are new or very recent and meet European safety standards. Jackets and helmets are disinfected between each run.

Canoë Montana welcomes you with a high quality snack bar. This is prepared daily by our partner bakery-caterer.
You can also book picnic box to take with you on your trip through the gorges. We also offer ice creams and sorbets for tasting on site.

Telephone reception from 9am to 8pm.
Our free shuttles will take you back from the Vernède Dam every hour. The last departure is at 6pm.
