For more than 25 years, Canoe Montana has welcomed you in Agonès. Located near Montpellier, Nîmes and Anduze, our base gives you access to the most beautiful and wildest part of the Gorges de l’Hérault.
Our team knows the downhill routes like the back of their hands. We will be happy to advise you on your descent.

Your equipment
For each canoe or kayak rental we equip you with:
- 1 life jacket and 1 paddle per person,
- 1 waterproof container per canoe for your personal belongings and your picnic,
- 1 wetsuit at the beginning and end of the season.
All canoes are new or very recent and meet European safety standards. Jackets and helmets are disinfected between each run.

Foodtruck: Culinary journey between Mauritian flavors and local products
Present on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm.
Our Foddtruck “Chez Prem” was born from the idea of creating gourmet and healthy wraps, inspired by the flavors of Mauritius with roti pancakes. We offer home cooking with local products, mixing exotic spices such as saffron and turmeric with Nordic flavors such as smoked trout. You can compose your wrap or choose from our five creations, for a unique and friendly culinary experience.
An ice cream corner
Nothing beats a refreshing ice cream to top off a day of adventure on the water!
From timeless classics like vanilla and chocolate to more original and daring flavours, there is something for everyone at Canoë Montana.
Enjoy your ice cream in our shaded relaxation area, while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Gorges de l’Hérault.

Telephone reception from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Our free shuttles return from the Vernède dam every hour. The last departures for the Adventure Course are at 2:00 PM. The last departures for the Family and Sport Courses are at 3:30 PM.
